For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not currently offer returns or exchanges.

If your product arrives damaged, please email hello@thewordalivetoys.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We review damaged-item requests and will contact you to discuss the appropriate resolution.
